1. Processing time

Orders are usually packed and dispatched from QLD within 2 business days. During busy seasons (Lunar New Year, Christmas, markets), this may take a little longer.

2. Shipping

• Standard shipping within Australia from $8.95.
• Free shipping over $65 in one order (after discounts, before shipping).
• Tracking numbers are provided for most parcels where available.

3. Packaging

We try to balance protection and sustainability:

• Products are wrapped to avoid scratches and bending.
• Where possible, we reuse clean packing materials to reduce waste.

4. Returns & exchanges

As most items are made or packed to order in small batches, please choose carefully. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it or offer a refund where appropriate.
• Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted, but you’re welcome to email us to discuss.

5. Damaged or missing items

If something arrives damaged or your parcel is missing items, please email us with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging and damaged items
• A short description of the issue
